Based out of Knoxville, TN, we offer service to eight states within a 400 mile radius, including: Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama. If you are outside the 400 mile radius, we will travel by air if necessary.

Labor Rates
$70.00 per hour Mon-Fri, $90.00 on Saturday
$35.00 per hour travel
Hotel, Rental Car, Airfare extra (when required)

Warranty
90 days on labor (if same problem) - no charge
30 days travel - no charge
*Full charges will incur after warranty period, or if not same problem.
